The First Phase: Assess & Align

First, we create a shared understanding of the current state.  This is done through brief interviews, surveys or a combination of the two – whatever is best for your organization.

Results and recommendations will be shared with the leadership team and key stakeholders around what is working well, any critical fail points and what work would have the biggest impact on the organizations ability to generate revenue and scale.   

Then we align on an action plan, which includes:

    • Measurable objectives
    • A timeline 
    • Key results 
    • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Leadership Team Commitments

The Second Phase: Implementation

This phase depends on the current state and what will have the biggest impact so your organization can scale successfully.  The work is centered around ensuring alignment, awareness, clarity and execution which are key.  This can include strengthening the leadership team, implementing an OKR (Objective and Key Results) system, clarifying strategic focus areas, developing organizational communication mechanisms, talent acquisition and retention, coaching the founder and possibly looking at organizational structure.  We focus on the work that will have the greatest impact on your business results and decide when the work needs to get done.

The Third Phase: Measurable Results

While outcomes vary based on the team and organization. Consistently, the leadership team makes faster business decisions, the organization scales effectively, and is able to adapt quickly and efficiently to internal and external shifts and changes.  

Ultimately, the only justification for investing in a program like this is stronger business results. Which is why throughout the program we will track progress both for implementation, business impact and adjust as needed.
