Engagements can be a couple of months to a year. They can be consistent or episodic.
It may make sense to create a plan and foundation for growth (which Series A funders will want to see) and then pause. When you get the funding to scale, I can re-engage.
If you already have funding and are scaling, we can quickly move from assessment to implementation and the leadership team and organization will start to see results within weeks.
I know how busy you are. I really do. Which is why I make my approach as streamlined as possible. We will focus only on the highest impact areas for your organization and do them With the lightest touch possible. My goal is to take both take some of the burden off of the leadership team and build a strong scalable organization. My skills go across planning to implementation, people to business strategy and process.
