In my 20+ years of experience in the high-tech industry I held multiple high visibility executive positions.  I consistently designed business and people solutions that enabled organizations to accomplish mission-critical goals. 

I scaled and led organizations in Human Resources, Corporate Higher Education, the Intel Foundation, Product Architecture and User Experience. I also worked with multiple C-Suite executives to rapidly scale organizations, from zero to 500 as well as from 19K to 35K across 60+ global sites.   

My broad professional and academic experiences have all centered around how to align people and complex systems rapidly and successfully to drive change and growth.

I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, as well as multiple coaching and consulting certificates.
